- They recently completed a global data center refresh in which we were not involved.
- Have deployed Meraki at approximately 33% of all locations for data and analytics to improve operational efficiencies. They did not consult us in these changes.

Spent a lot of time with Tarik over lunch at the GOAT Club, on the way to the Honorary Observer experience and again at the 17th chalet and before dinner. He had an amazing time with us and we are building a strong partnership. Over lunch we discussed the possibility of doing something CB branded for customer surprise and delight with Skechers. TC mentioned the CB100 shoe selection and that we discussed finding ways to do more of that with Skechers.

Have won initial sites contract, pending 2026 larger RFP. Lives in OH despite Skechers located in CQ. Air Force Vet, 2 kids 30+ years old, assuming current business goes well, should position for 2026
