Spent time with Pat at dinner Thursday and again at the 17th chalet in the afternoon and at dinner. He is very pleased with Comcast, in particular he referenced that our communication through implementation and in any on going troubleshooting is more proactive than any other vendor he has worked with. Feels like we are in great shape with Paggliaci. He had a very long travel day in on Thursday and was super tired. He slept 11 hours and unfortunately missed the business session Friday AM.

Confidence in PNR team and value prop to support his business. Pat is more and more less involved in the business, but I sensed he loves taking advantage of opportunities like this. Not sure there’s immediate opportunity for expansion
